1. We deposit Full monthly rent without any deductions on repairs or property management on our landlord account every month.
2. Landlord pay only 5% for our service. Our 5% fee include rent collections supervision, all communications with tenants, management of repair requests, property inspections (move in, move out and routine inspection), late fee collections, coordination of eviction process, and making sure tenants are performing according with signed rental agreement.
3. Landlords are paying directly to vendors of there choice for repairs and routine maintenance avoiding any additional expenses or extra fees.
