New Tenants are given a walk-in evaluation of the property to assess the move-in condition of the property. A walk-out inspection is performed at the conclusion of a tenant’s lease to assess the move-out condition of the property. Any damages caused by the tenant can be deducted from the tenant’s security deposit.
